My blog is a mixture of fandom, intersectional feminism and what politics I'm currently educating myself on, so apologies for the mess. Fandoms I'm part of are Doctor Who (RTD era only), Elementary and Torchwood (I'll always have a special place in my heart or what a ridiculous piece of shit it sometimes is).

Pretty sure, yeah? I need to look it up, but he was certainly instrumental in getting the character change. I’m not sure to what extent along the scale from “asking nicely” to “threatening to walk out” it was, but he certainly did have a lot to do with it, and I remember it being fairly extreme. Noel Clarke is a cool guy.

Some days I’m totally here for Russell T Davies and other days I don’t even care, he’s such a shit.

For a good Mickey/Martha + Jack: Try Aldanon's "Complicated Universe" series on whofic. The Complicated Lives of Smith and Jones is all Mickey/Martha with a multi-chapter arc with Jack thrown in. You'll want to probably start with the Complicated Event in TIme and Space story though, which is the story of what happened on the TARDIS in Journey's End. It's all canon-compliant.
